1. Ownership of Intellectual Property
All reports and related materials provided by Grocery Insight Ltd. are the exclusive intellectual property of Grocery Insight Ltd. Your purchase does not transfer ownership of the content or any intellectual property rights.
2. License Grant
By purchasing a report, you are granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable, non-sublicensable license to use the report for internal business purposes only:
- If purchased by a company: the report may be used internally within that company.
- If purchased by an individual: the report may be used by that individual for their internal business use only.
3. Restrictions on Use
You must not:
- Copy, share, distribute, or resell the report or any part of it.
- Claim authorship or present the report or its contents as your own.
- Distribute the report to any third party outside your organisation or use it for client-facing purposes.
4. Enforcement
Breaches of this policy may result in the immediate revocation of your license, legal action and financial penalties.
5. Artificial Intelligence and ML
All reports, images, and downloadable content produced by Grocery Insight are protected by copyright and provided for informational and strategic use only.
You must not use, upload, scrape, or otherwise process any part of our content (including text, images, data, or structure) for the purposes of:
Training, fine-tuning, or validating any artificial intelligence (AI) or machine learning (ML) model
Building computer vision systems or datasets
Developing retail automation or recommendation algorithms
Commercial resale, licensing, or redistribution in any form
Any such use constitutes a breach of our intellectual property rights and will be pursued with appropriate legal action.
