Who we help

We work with clients from all over the world and from a number of sectors linked to retail. Who we help depends on who you are and which solution(s) you require.

So, whether you’re a retailer, supplier, marketing agency, investor, financial analyst, store equipment provider, store designer, government body, university. Our list of help goes on and on and if we’re able to can help, we will do so.

The first step to help

The first step of any such request is for prospective clients to have a call with ourselves, we call you at a time of your choosing and run through your challenges/problems and we ask questions, like a doctor would, almost.

There’s no lengthy wait for next steps though, we’ll discuss a bespoke package to solve this challenge for you, on the very same call.

However, we will only discuss a package, if a) we can help with your outcomes or b) we don’t solve the issue on the call.

Our guarantee – we only offer to help if we can genuinely help.

It could be that we have a chat and you decide a way forward that doesn’t require our input. In which case, great! We have solved the problem, regardless.
